Warranty Application with Proof of Purchase
To exercise a warranty we need to locate your sales order in our system. This tells us what the item was, and what warranty the item had at the time of purchase. The onus is on the customer to provide a sales order or other proof of purchase and no warranty will be accepted for assessment without one of these options provided. Unfortunately all historical sales orders are archived by sales order number only. Should this not be able to be supplied, we can search our EFTPOS/ credit card payments to match to your payment to locate your sales order in our system. We apologise we are unable to trace any payments made with cash or vouchers. Segals will make every effort to locate an EFTPOS/ credit card payment transaction through our system if your sales order is lost or misplaced, however this is not always possible.
Please ensure that all information is provided initially so an assessment can be made. Information not supplied will be re-requested and may cause delays to occur.
